Cooper Developments is a family run property firm from Canterbury specialising in the development of Office, Hotel, Hospitality, Residential and Retail. The group started with three generations working together in property, where the Coopers have developed a vast property portfolio from large format and speciality retail, syndication, small scale historic CBD restorations, Hotels and Apartment Complexes.
Developing for the Coopers is more than just building buildings, developing is about the community around it, the businesses involved with it, and the activity and longevity to follow.
The company is currently run by mother daughter duo Lilly Cooper and Caroline Cooper-Dixon where they take a hands on approach to their development work, their work is made up of passion, skill and enjoyment.
